Do you offer free samples?
Yes. All in-stock Formica® Laminate is available in free sample chips. Browse our collections to find the perfect look for your space.

Are there Formica® Laminate stores?
Formica Group does not have physical stores, but you can order samples or buy full laminate sheets online. You can also visit our Where to Buy page to learn more about our network of distributors, retailers, fabricators and dealers with showrooms near you.
Are all of your products in stock?
All products available on Formica.com are assumed to be in stock unless otherwise noted. For out-of-stock items, please contact us at 1-800-FORMICA™ (367-6422).
Do you offer guidance on how to install Formica® Brand products?
Formica® Laminate offers you an affordable surfacing solution, especially if you install our laminate yourself. We've created helpful guides and how-to videos to walk you through the most common DIY surfacing projects. Do you sell other products needed for installation (glue, board, etc.)?
Installation products can be found at your local home center, distributor or hardware store. For a full list of what you need for fabrication and installation, refer to our technical and fabrication guidelines.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We encourage you to order a free sample before placing your order to ensure you are purchasing the product you want. Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis (i.e., if the product is damaged during shipping). Products cannot be returned if they’ve been installed, as installation constitutes acceptance of the goods. However, if you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we want to hear from you. What if my order arrives damaged?
If you find damaged material when your order arrives, please take photos and document the damage. Promptly notify Formica Group Customer Service at 1-800-FORMICA™ (367-6422) or consumer.relations@formica.com to discuss shipment of a replacement product.
What are your shipping options?
Formica Group ships via FedEx standard ground, which usually arrives at your doorstep in 3-5 days, while samples ship via USPS. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout according to the size of your order. Expedited shipping may incur additional costs.
Does Formica Group offer loyalty programs or special pricing?

Is there a warranty on Formica® Laminate?
Yes. The limited warranty for Formica® Laminate is one (1) year from the date of purchase with proof of purchase.

How do I set up my account?
